About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to bridge client needs, product thinking and engineering delivery.

You will own delivery end-to-end, from requirements and scoping through to release and iteration, while working closely with clients and developers to ensure clear, high-quality outputs. Reports to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate client/stakeholder requirements into build-ready specifications
  • Scope features into clear, structured tickets with acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineers to refine solutions before development
  • Own delivery across timelines, dependencies and risks
  • Drive projects from concept to release and iteration
  • Maintain a high-quality backlog and improve delivery consistency

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Project Management / Product / Delivery roles
  • Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or BA certification)
  • Strong technical understanding (APIs, databases, integrations, system design)
  • Proven ability to write clear, actionable tickets
  • Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Monday, ClickUp, Linear, or similar)

Location: Remote within South Africa, Cape Town office available for collaboration.
