About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Account Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and support our Account Management team with strategic and administrative tasks.

This is a hybrid role involving relationship management, project coordination, internal operations and communication across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both client success and internal process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Client management & growth:

  • Manage a set of assigned client accounts, including planning, reporting, and communication
  • Lead monthly client meetings, sharing updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Capture client feedback and share it with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and integrating additional products or services

Onboarding & project support:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including dashboard setup, training, and initial project coordination
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and follow through on action items for smooth campaign execution
  • Assist in creating and delivering client reports and dashboards

Account management & administration support:

  • Support the AM team with ticket responses and task follow-ups in Monday.com
  • Maintain client documentation, update internal systems, and support monthly reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in collaboration with the broader team

Qualifications & experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or SaaS industries
  • 1–2 years in an Account Executive or Junior Account Manager role with client-facing responsibilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar project/support platforms is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms is preferred
