FAQs

Questions, answered.

When does AI Reports & Insights launch?

It launches June 2026. Existing clients get early access - book a demo and we’ll add you to the rollout.

Which modules does it read?

Listings, Reputation and Social land on one canvas today, with Ads and Bookings joining - AI reads across all of them for cross-module answers.

How is the review score calculated?

We use a Bayesian review score that weights volume and recency, so a handful of new reviews can’t swing a location unfairly.

Can each stakeholder get their own report?

Yes. Build a layout per role - CEO, brand, store, ops - each with the summary, metrics and root cause that matter to them, scheduled automatically.

What can I ask the AI?

Anything about your data in plain language - “which outlets are dragging our rating down, and why?” - and you’ll get a sourced, actionable answer you can turn into a chart.

Can I schedule and export reports?

Reports are live, but you can schedule automated delivery on any cadence and export to PDF for stakeholders who want a static copy.
