74.3% of people prefer to interact with a brand on a local level

89.8% of consumers expect a business to respond to their negative review and 35.8% expect the response within 24 hours.

64.7% of people have found incorrect information on platforms like Google due to COVID-19 restrictions

91% of consumers trust reviews as much as a personal recommendation

72.2% of people have left an online review compared to 64.8% in 2021
