We have some exciting new features to debut this morning, the below list contains all new features available:
- Google Q&As
We have further integrated with Google allowing us to pull Google Q&As into the Social Comments feature. From there you can categorise, manage and respond to the Google Q&As for your brands and listings. You will then have the opportunity to receive powerful insights at a brand and location level.
- Live Dashboard Notifications
Users will now find live workflow notifications directly on our dashboard for their brands and locations, letting them know if there are any Reviews, Facebook and Instagram Comments or Google Q&As that require their attention, are still open or need to be resolved. These live notifications are also affected by your selected filters!
- Location Groups
Users are now able to create custom groups of locations based on their associated brands and locations. These “Location Groups” can be enabled across the various Social Places product suites. Users can create groups of locations specific to Content Workflow for bulk creating and scheduling of content or enabled on their suite report filters allowing for quick and easy reporting on a Location Group.
- Social Comments – Search Functionality
Users are now able to search for specific words, phrases or users within Social Comments allowing comments to be found, responded to, categorised and actioned more efficiently.
