Social Places introduces Report Scheduling, Campaign groups and more!

Read a breakdown of the Social Places new rollouts & tech updates

The Social Places Development Team has been hard at work rolling out updates and upgrades systemwide. The best updates for February are broken down below:

You can now schedule reports, review digests and user reports. Various selections of date ranges are available, including comparison dates for reports such as daily, weekly, monthly, annually or once-off.

Create “Campaign groups” for upcoming Social Campaigns. Content can then be associated with the campaign group. Reports can be filtered to display stats for a campaign group. These stats may even be cross-platform – Facebook, Instagram, Google, Email (coming soon) and SMS (coming sooner).

Coupled with report scheduling, you can get a digest of reviews for a set period mailed to you regularly. This review digest includes a summary of reputation statistics for your selected brands and listings as well as an attached export of reviews.

Reputation journeys can now be customized to go from a Store Locator to an individual stores Listings, Eg. QR code to Store Locator to Facebook or Google Page.

We have the added ability to publish responses to Hello Peter – this includes conversation replies. Contact your account manager to discuss a premium Hello Peter subscription.

Our refreshed User Profile and Notifications update is live – click on your profile picture to check it out. This update allows users to further customize their notifications as well as an improved user experience when bulk updating multiple users roles, permissions or notifications options.

Using our “Save filter sets” <October Feature Drop | Social Places> function is a great way to save time and make sure you are always seeing the right information at the right time.

“I just want people to use it more because it can save time on almost any page” – Orestes, Development Director

We are excited about these new features and hope they will improve your digital processes.

For more information on any of these features please contact your designated Account Manager or sales@socialplaces.io
